Yesterday, Compeer’s Mentoring Children of Promise (MCP) program was featured on the chanel 8 news. The MCP program matches volunteers with youth who have one or more parents incarcerated in a state or federal facility. The story highlighted a grant we have recently received from the federal government totalling $250,000 per year for three years.
